What is Aasure?

Aasure is operations software for appointment-based businesses. Online booking, email reminders, a waitlist, client records, marketing and insights sit in one place, and you choose how much of it runs on its own.

Do I need a card to start?

Yes. As a launch offer, the first 200 businesses to sign up get a 60-day free trial. After that, every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Neither needs a card or setup fee.

Can I bring my clients from another app?

Yes. Import your client list as a CSV file, and export it again whenever you like.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. There is no transaction fee, booking commission or marketplace fee on the clients you bring yourself.

Can I send text messages?

Not yet. Reminders and campaigns go by email, which is unlimited on every plan. Card payments and deposits are also on the way.

Where is my data stored?

In the United States. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it to train models. Your business is yours.
